UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta is making final preparations for the On-Site Visit (OSV) by ASIIN, a prestigious international accreditation body from Germany. Scheduled for February 19-20, 2025, for Cluster B (Mathematics and Physics) and February 26-27, 2025, for Cluster A (Biology and Chemistry), the evaluation underscores the university’s commitment to continuous academic improvement within the Faculty of Science and Technology.

A team of esteemed assessors from top institutions—including Universität Paderborn, Universität Würzburg, STIS, ITS, and Universitas Jember—will conduct the assessment. Notable assessors for Cluster B include Dr. Natalia Vega (Project Manager ASIIN), Prof. Dr. Arno Schindlmayr (Universität Paderborn), Prof. Dr. Hans-Georg Weigand (Universität Würzburg), Prof. Setia Permana (STIS), and Dr. M. Taufiqi (ITS). Meanwhile, Cluster A will be evaluated by Dr. Emeline Jerez (Project Manager ASIIN), PD Dr. Alois Palmetshofer (University of Würzburg), Dr. Dietrich Scherzer (former BASF SE), Prof. Dr. Erlia Narulita (Universitas Jember), and D'April Sabriantie Mulus (Universitas Padjadjaran).
