Description | "THIS COURSE STUDIES ADVANCED TECHNIQUES AND METHODS FOR FOODSTUFF ANALYSIS ON TYPES OF FOODSTUFFS THAT ARE OFTEN A PROBLEM IN SOCIETY, SUCH AS GELATIN, AMINO ACIDS, FATTY ACIDS, AND OTHERS. THIS COURSE WILL ALSO STUDY INSTRUMENTATION METHODS FOR BOTH QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS OF THESE PRODUCTS, SUCH AS THE FTIR, GC AND HPLC. " |
